    Bingo Supervisor

    Description:
    Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Bingo Department.
    Position Type:
    Full Time
    Duties:
    • Responsible for entire Bingo Hall operation when on duty.
    • Supervise all bingo employees.
    • Interview, train, motivate, and discipline employees as necessary.
    • Plan, schedule, and assign daily duties.
    • Monitor, review, and approve employee PTO requests and time cards.
    • Organize and preside over regularly scheduled meetings and briefings.
    • Assist in the planning and implementation of policies, rules and directives in order to accomplish department objectives.
    • Working knowledge of, and adherence to, all department policies and procedures.
    • Assess and improve house rules and procedures.
    • Ensure customers receive excellent customer service.
    • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
    • Sales and accurate placement of bingo reservations; both daily and special events.
    • Acquire and verify funds received from, or transported to, Main Cage.
    • Accountable for accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.
    • Assist in forecasting and budgeting expenditures and revenues for the department.
    • Maintain, protect, and control all sensitive Bingo equipment.
    • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
    • Plan and coordinate Bingo game schedules within the different departments.
    • Provides recommendations for, and assists with, planning and development of department promotions and events
    • Establish and maintain effective business relationships with vendors.
    • Ensure execution of all safeguards to protect assets and Casino property.
    • Comply with all Title 31 rules and regulations.
    • Act as a role model for Team Members under your supervision by focusing on the demonstration of positive action, behavior, attendance, work ethic and guest service.
    • Responsible for preparing evaluations and issuing disciplinary actions when required.
    • Responsible for the staffing, training and scheduling of Team Members.
    • Supervisors should maintain a professional relationship with Team Members under their supervision on and off duty.
    • Protect the confidentiality of any and all Table Mountain Casino business information.
    • Responsible for communication within their department ensuring that information is shared with Team Members. It is important that supervisors inform their senior management team of information necessary to the efficient operation of the casino.
    • Table Mountain Casino is a twenty-four hour business that never closes. Team Members are expected to work holidays and weekends.
    • Participate and support all guest service training programs.
    • Perform other duties assigned.
    Requirements:
    • Requires previous guest service & employee relations experience.
    • Knowledge of Bingo policies & procedures; basic computer skills; and previous supervisory/managerial experience preferred.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
